American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Metropolis At Metrotown. You’ll bring our brand to life, deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and build brand loyalty with every interaction.

You’ll work across Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, energetic attitude. If you love retail and helping guests, you’ll thrive here.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products and build loyalty.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the group to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and AEO policies in every interaction.
