Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Halifax to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will connect with guests, share product details, and promote AE/Aerie loyalty programs while representing the brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

You will work across store areas, assist peers, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere, with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail experience is a plus and enthusiasm for AE/Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products they love.
• Educate guests on product features and recommend items to meet needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
