Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Fredericton, NB. You will engage customers, educate them about AE&Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program to build lasting brand connections.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom while delivering an exceptional shopping experience and resolving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
