Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Sudbury, Canada is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, share product knowledge, and embody our values with your REAL self.

You will promote the AE loyalty program, connect guests with the right items, and move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while maintaining outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
• Ability to stay energetic in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable learning and using brand selling models.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to provide an amazing shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store targets.
