The Branch Technology Specialist (BTS) provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods, computer systems and other tools to support insurance policy administration and customer service. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$48,000.00 - $65,000.00
