RBC Dominion Securities is looking for a Branch Technology Specialist to join their team! The Branch Technology Specialist (BTS) provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods, computer systems and other tools to support insurance policy administration and customer service. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

What will you do?
  • Determining needs and suggesting solutions for administrative improvements in procedures, processes or systems to support other functions.
  • Providing technical support and training to administrative staff in the use of computer systems, to collect and analyze information.
  • Developing appropriate project management procedures and tools for all major activities; assisting members of the organization in the use of project management methods and tools.
  • Identifying needs and suggesting solutions for customization or alterations of technical tools to support unusual or new business requirements
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • 1+ years of experience providing Desktop and Technology Support
  • Exceptional attention to detail and mature/positive attitude
  • Professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Excellent people skills, ability to manage different personalities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks, multi-task, and deal with a variety of personalities (internal & external)
  • Ability to quickly shift priorities and deliver results
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures, an asset

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$48,000.00 - $65,000.00
