Job summary

DUCA’s Hamilton branch seeks a Branch Manager I to lead daily operations, drive sales, and provide holistic financial guidance to Members. You will coach staff, manage performance, and align branch activity with company goals in a community-focused credit union environment.

With a background in financial services, you will foster Member relationships, meet branch targets, and navigate regulatory requirements while promoting DUCA’s values and service excellence in Southern Ontario.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• Mutual funds license (IFIC) required or in good standing.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and team to deliver exceptional member experience.
• Coach staff on sales, product knowledge and relationship-building.
• Identify community opportunities and drive campaigns to grow membership.
• Manage performance, training, and staffing decisions.
