Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. in North Bay (Brandt Peterbilt location) is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional service to customers.

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will lead a motivated team and coordinate with credit and support functions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy equipment and 3-5 years in a progressive management role, a proven product support background, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
• Achieve asset management and market share goals.
• Manage and develop all employees in the branch with focus on long-term success for company, customers and employees.
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Manage branch accounts receivable in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our North Bay Brandt Peterbilt location.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For
