Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people- and results-oriented, with drive to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy and able to adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and objectives, leading your team to hit branch and portfolio goals and capitalize on cross-sales.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other admin duties.
• Build superior customer sales experiences in person, by phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers, matching them to suitable products.
• Manage branch portfolio health and prevent delinquencies.
• Secure all information to fulfill customer applications with strong attention to detail.
