Job summary

GardaWorld Cash in Sudbury is seeking a Branch Manager for the Cash Transportation division. You will lead the cash processing and secured transportation teams, drive customer service, schedule unionized staff, and ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.

This role offers a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment with mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities. A valid RPAL and five years of leadership experience are preferred; proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Valid RPAL or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with safety/compliance in transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in cash processing and secured transportation.
• Engage, motivate and develop employees.
• Plan, organize and manage unionized staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service level agreements.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with manager and staff to implement policies and objectives.
• Participate in hiring and training to meet workforce needs.
