ATB Financial in Calgary seeks a branch leader to drive growth and deliver exceptional service. You’ll oversee staff, foster community relationships and shape client experiences in a dynamic retail banking environment.
Based at the Calgary Legacy branch with occasional travel to nearby branches, you will hire and mentor teammates, translate opportunities into branch success, and collaborate across teams. The role requires 3-5 years banking experience and a post-secondary business or finance
