ATB Financial is hiring a Branch Manager in Edmonton. You will lead a branch as if it were your own business, driving revenue, profitability, and customer experience. Expect responsibilities including hiring, coaching, and developing staff while expanding the customer base and community connections.
The role requires 3–5 years in retail banking or commercial lending, with a post-secondary business or finance background. Shifts include Wednesday evenings and Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
