RBC is seeking a Branch Manager Advisor in Prince George, Canada, to lead a client-focused team and deliver exceptional service. You will enable sales through coaching, education, and collaboration with RBC partners, fostering lasting client relationships and strong community impact.

You will develop your team through structured routines, support complex credit and investment needs, and strive for superior retail experiences while driving branch performance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a relationship management role within banking/financial services
• Experience in coaching/leadership or mentoring sales professionals
• Mutual funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and 2+ years of licensed mutual fund sales in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Drive high employee engagement via talent management, development and career planning
• Lead strong sales management routines and coaching to deliver results
• Provide professional advice addressing complex credit and investment needs for personal and business clients
• Collaborate with financial planning and home equity specialists to tailor expert client advice
• Inspire retail excellence to deliver memorable client experiences
• Coach team on client advice, education, problem resolution and multichannel usage
• Partner with manager to ensure branch operational effectiveness and team performance
• Address local community needs through recruitment and management practices
