Senior Helpers Richmond is seeking a caring Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes, helping them stay safe and independent with dignity and compassion.

As a valued member of our Richmond team, you will follow individualized care plans, document visits, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure high-quality care and client comfort.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a Health Care Assistant program or equivalent recognized training.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and in English for care-team communication and documentation.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Reliable, patient, and respectful of client privacy.
• Willingness to complete required background screening.
• Experience supporting seniors or people living with dementia is an asset.

Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.
