Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Sudbury Brandt Peterbilt location.

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be responsible for managing all daily branch activities and building a motivated, successful workforce focused on long-term company, customer, and employee success. You will lead branch operations, drive sales and profitability, manage assets, and collaborate with Credit Services to oversee receivables, while contributing to strategic

• 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a progressively responsible management role.
• Proven product support background and understanding of department operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
• Achieve asset management and market share goals.
• Manage and develop all employees in the branch with a focus on long-term success for company, customers, and staff.
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Sudbury Brandt Peterbilt location. Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For
