Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a relationship management role within the financial industry.
• Experience coaching / leadership, or mentoring advisors.
• Mutual funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC).
• Completion of mutual fund branch management exam (BCO) or ability to write within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver client-focused advice across personal and business banking, credit and investments.
• Promote digital enablement and multichannel usage to enhance client experiences.
• Collaborate with financial planning, retirement planning, and business banking experts to tailor advice.
