Qualifications

5 years’ progressively responsible management experience within the industry.

Responsibilities

Manage branch operations to achieve growth and profitability across sales, parts, and service.
Lead by example in sales activities and provide hands-on mentoring to develop team selling skills.
Develop and implement monthly sales projections, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze market trends and competitive pressures to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Manage asset control including inventory turns and protection of company assets.
Collaborate with VP of Credit on receivables and financial stability.
Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to build a skilled workforce.
Review performance against goals and document annually.
Build relationships with customers, vendors and community partners.
Maintain current product knowledge to support customers and staff.
