As a Chit Chats Branch Floater, you deliver a delightful experience to clients in our branches. You are the first line of defense for compliance adherence, and always do your best to ensure shipments comply with customs laws — our business depends on it! You process and sort shipments meticulously and are highly proficient in navigating our platform. You are always seeking more efficient, cost-effective ways of getting things done while aligning with our strategic goals and values.
You build rapport with clients and teammates alike. You show up on time, dress appropriately, and get the job done because you know clients and teammates rely on you. You take pride in and maintain a clean and tidy branch.
You primarily work out of our Plateau, Brossard, and Montreal (St. Laurent) locations but are available to work at various sites across Quebec as needed.
Note: Current hours are Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with occasional Sunday coverage. Branch management experience (minimum 2 years) and P&L experience are preferred. Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) and experience with Moneris, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office are required. Safety shoes (green triangle patch) are mandatory. Travel within the city may be necessary. This is a temporary contract with potential for permanence.
