Job summary

DFI Piling Group is seeking a Branch Administrator in Grande Prairie, AB. You will ensure field paperwork is processed, train staff for field operations, provide reception duties, and support the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • 2+ years in construction administration or logistics administration.
  • Administrative Professional certificate or diploma an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Review and schedule employee safety courses and orientations before dispatch to ensure client compliance.
  • Assist with answering calls into dispatch when volume requires.
  • Build, process and track hourly job packages for submission to A/R.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Enter load tallies and bookings for crew accommodations.
  • Upload schedules to internal reporting system for field use.
  • Order PPE from head office and manage training booklets inventory.
  • Schedule staff to complete safety courses and orientations for compliance.
