Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Newmarket, Ontario seeks a Supervisor to lead and coach the team, ensuring ABSOLUTE service and smooth daily operations on site. The role involves opening/closing, cash handling, ordering, and inventory, with focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

This position requires at least 1 year of leadership experience, a Food Handler Certification (or willingness to certify), and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team

• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
