Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Oakville is seeking a Supervisor to lead and mentor the restaurant team, ensuring ABSOLUTE service and smooth daily operations. You will open and close the restaurant, reconcile cash, place orders, and manage inventory while addressing guest concerns to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

This role supports a fast-paced, energetic team and offers growth within a beloved Canadian brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
