The Burger’s Priest in Toronto is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Eglinton location. You will lead the team, coach for ABSOLUTE service, and help set expectations to drive guest satisfaction.

You will open and close the restaurant, manage scheduling and inventory, reconcile cash, and support a positive, fast-paced work environment with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic with a passion for guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certified or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
