Qualifications

• Ability to support inventory, logistics, administrative, and audit processes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization.
• Prepare and manage shipping, receiving, transfers, and outgoing and incoming repairs with accurate tagging.
• Prepare accounting paperwork and organize weekly and monthly audits.
• Ensure paperwork complies with policies and support accurate boutique audit scores.
• Communicate with boutique management and vendors, and support maintenance, supply ordering, and sales processes.
