Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in food and beverage or automated manufacturing is an asset.
• Effective English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and assign tasks based on priorities.
• Plan and organize corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Document work in CMMS and track completion.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, and food safety compliance.
