Job summary

Eska Water in Saint-Mathieu-d'Harricana, QC, is seeking a Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead technicians in daily maintenance activities ensuring reliability of production equipment. The role reports to the Maintenance Coordinator and expects strong leadership and hands-on problem solving.

You will plan, organize, and document maintenance work, enforce safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• DEP or DEC in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage industry or automated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians in day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Plan and organize corrective and preventive maintenance with priority setting.
• Ensure safety, lockout/tagout, and food safety procedures are followed.
