Job summary

ABL Direct in Mississauga is seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager with 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience. You will handle A/R and A/P in Sage 50, bank reconciliations, general ledger, payroll for 6 staff, and office administration.

The role is on-site with flexible hours and benefits after 3 months; parking is free and centrally located near major highways. Immediate hire for a motivated, independent professional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a full cycle accounting/bookkeeping position.
• Experience with A/R including collection calls & follow ups.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• You will be supporting the business and office for all accounting and admin requirements.
• Full cycle A/R and A/P using Sage 50/Simply Accounting.
• Bank reconciliations, maintain general ledger, generating and reviewing reports.
• Managing collections.
• Handles expenses and billing cycles.
• Payroll processing for staff of 6.
• Manages staff expense requests.
• Office management including office supplies, attending meetings, maintaining employee records.
• Manages correspondence of mail and emails.
• Ensure data entry is accurate and timely.

A well established HVAC parts distributor in Mississauga has an opening for a Bookkeeper Office Manager.

Sage 50/Simply Accounting experience (3 years+) is a must have to be successful in this role.

Immediate Hire

$50K to $70K depending on experience

Benefits after 3 months

On site, free parking

Central to Hwy 401, 403, 410, 407

Flexible hours (8.5 hours) between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm

Brief outline of responsibilities:

What you bring:

• 5+ years' of experience in a full cycle accounting/bookkeeping position
• 3+ years' experience with Sage 50/Simply Accounting Experience working within a contractor/distribution/supply company an asset
• Experience with A/R including collection calls & follow ups
• Ability to work independently
