Job summary

ModBox Modular in Thunder Bay, ON is seeking a Bookkeeper / Marketing Officer to manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Sage and to develop the company’s marketing content and materials. You will work directly with management to maintain financial records, document projects with photos and video, and create professional sales materials.

The role blends finance and marketing responsibilities requiring organization, accuracy, and initiative in a hands-on shop environment.

Qualifications

• Foundation in bookkeeping and data entry
• Experience with content creation and marketing materials
• Familiarity with video editing tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office apps
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in Sage with accurate coding
• Assist payables/receivables and invoicing processes
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare journal entries and payroll setup information
• Create marketing content and manage social media posts
• Produce photos/videos of projects and maintain branding materials
• Maintain organized digital and physical records and assist general admin
