Job summary

Ingaged Creative Productions Inc. seeks a Bookkeeper (Finance Operations) to manage reconciliation, month-end close, billing, payables, payroll support, and fixed assets. You’ll ensure accurate records for events and engagements, while supporting year-end processes with our external accountants.

We value judgment, speed, and accuracy, especially during peak months. The role collaborates with the Director of Finance and operates within a growing finance function.

Qualifications

• Speed with accuracy required for high-volume periods.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and close monthly books; prepare schedules and handoffs.
• Billing, receivables, collections; monitor overdue accounts.
• Payables, expenses, and disbursements; verify coding and support.
• Payroll support and time records; allocate labour by project.
• Capitals assets and inventory; maintain fixed asset records.
• Year-end support and external accountant coordination; budgets.
