The Infant Hearing Program (IHP) provides Universal Newborn Hearing Screening, Audiology Services, Family Support Services, and Communication Development Services.
The Infant Hearing Program (IHP) at Surrey Place is seeking a Booking Clerk who will report to the Manager, IHP. The successful candidate will be supporting the IHP, ensuring that clients’ needs for Universal Newborn Screening (UNHS) appointments are met through effective scheduling and co-ordination of client information, processing clinical reports requests from hospitals, physicians, school boards and other community agencies.
