Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Canada seeks a BCBA-certified clinician to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs, while collaborating with families and schools.

You will analyze data to inform treatment decisions, provide caregiver training, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in ongoing clinical development within a supportive team. Experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
