Job summary

ABA Express is seeking a dynamic BCBA to join our mission-driven team in a contracted role. You will lead paraprofessionals, develop and implement Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments.

Parent trainings will be part of your responsibilities, along with designing tailored curricula based on assessments. Required are a Master’s degree in ABA and BCBA certification; experience with children in behavioral health or special education; strong

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
  • BCBA certification in good standing with BACB is required.
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job description:

We here at ABA Express are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
  • Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
  • Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Providing Parent Trainings
  • Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Skills:
  • Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
