PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and growth of teams.

You will coordinate with regional staff, uphold clinical and ethical standards, and ensure timely documentation and compliance across the organization. The role offers flexible scheduling options, competitive pay for both full-time and part-time positions, and opportunities for quarterly bonuses and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis.
• One year of experience in a supervisory ABA role implementing behavior modification interventions.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time (E Sign, post hire, compliance).
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Overview

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.

Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
