Job summary

Vibrant ABA in North Carolina seeks a BCBA to lead clinical direction for pediatric autism services. You will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor data, and collaborate with families and the care team to drive meaningful progress.

Eligible candidates bring BCBA certification, NC license, strong clinical judgment and communication skills; Spanish bilingualism is a plus. Salaried option discussed. Hourly rate shown is $95–$110.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
• Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
