Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric clinic in Riverview, FL. You will provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorders, guiding families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include FBAs and BIPs, supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, monitoring progress with data-driven adjustments, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active state licensure (if applicable).

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments.
• Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
• Model treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our pediatric clinic setting, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while building meaningful relationships with children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and functional independence through individualized ABA programming and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your Role:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes

• Compensation ranging from: $80,000- $82,000 per year
