Job summary

Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Regular Full-time Business Systems Analyst II to join our Blood Management Solutions team in the Digital Solutions and Technology division.

You will support business-critical software solutions for managing blood and blood products, collaborating with stakeholders to design for enterprise systems like ePROGESA and to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business analysis, process development, and software lifecycle management.
• Strong writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (biologics/healthcare) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to discuss changes, gather requirements and evaluate proposals.
• Design, develop, and configure enhancements to blood management systems.
• Coordinate testing, validation and documentation for system changes.
