Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong English and French communication, written and spoken.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred, with upsell experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming loan applications and warm leads, guiding customers through the lending process.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend loan and protection products.

• Conduct credit assessments, process payments and manage overdue accounts professionally.
• Support Branch Manager with daily operations, team initiatives and branch performance.
