Job summary

Fddf in Quebec seeks an experienced blasting professional to lead operations across construction sites in Quebec and Ontario. You will perform blasting, ensure compliance with CCQ rates, and prioritize safety.

The role requires 3-5 years of blasting experience and a valid general explosives permit. You will work with a team in challenging environments and report on operations.

You will report to the V.P. of the Quarry Division or the V.P. of the Civil Engineering Division.

Salary: According to CCQ (Quebec Construction Commission) rates.

• Blasting operations on various construction sites across Quebec;
• Blasting in urban environments with nearby buildings;
• Blasting using blasting mats;
• Lead and execute blasting operations;
• Complete and submit operation reports;
• Follow safe work practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3-5 years of blasting experience;
