Responsibilities

• Execute daily money movements, including transferring securities and ensuring all documentation is accurate before processing transactions.
• Review and verify documentation related to high-risk transfers, securities, stocks, and mutual funds.
• Perform data entry, run macros in Excel, and use multiple software systems for transaction processing.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders including financial advisors and other financial institutions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support team initiatives.
• Escalate high-risk or non-standard activities appropriately and document all transactions accurately.

Are you an detail-oriented professional with experience in wealth operations?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Billingual Banking Associate - Legal. This position involves providing broad operational support within a high-volume, compliance-heavy environment, processing transactions such as securities transfers, reviewing documentation, and interacting with clients and financial institutions to ensure precision and adherence to industry regulations.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr

Responsibilities

• Execute daily money movements, including transferring securities and ensuring all documentation is accurate before processing transactions.
• Review and verify documentation related to high-risk transfers, securities, stocks, and mutual funds.
• Perform data entry, run macros in Excel, and use multiple software systems for transaction processing.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders including financial advisors and other financial institutions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support team initiatives.
