ROBIC in Montreal is seeking a billing technician to manage invoices and support the billing cycle for local and international clients. You will prepare and validate invoices, issue credit notes, and ensure accuracy of billing data.

The role requires a DEP/DEC in accounting or administration, 2+ years in billing, fluent French and strong English, and proficiency with MS Office and Billing App software. Flexible 35-hour week, hybrid work up to 3 days remote, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a billing or accounting-related role.
• Excellent command of French and strong working knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience in a professional services environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate invoices in accordance with client agreements and requirements.
• Issue invoices and credit notes; respond to inquiries from clients.
• Generate and submit invoices through electronic billing platforms.
• Data entry, updates, and revisions in the accounting system.
• Collaborate with Data Integrity and assist with special billing arrangements.
• Prepare accounting analyses and reports.
• Contribute to improving operational processes and the new billing system.
• Assist with e-billing tasks and other billing-related duties.
