Job summary

SoccerMidable is seeking an organized, proactive independent contractor to support the coordination of youth sports programs across the National Capital Region. You will handle program logistics, schedules, coaches and on-site activities to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires bilingual English/French, a driver’s license with vehicle access, travel between Orléans, Kanata, Aylmer and other locations, and up to 10 hours per week at 25 CAD/hour.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• Highly organized, autonomous and solutions‑oriented.
• Experience in sports, youth or community programming.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Licensed to drive with access to a vehicle and able to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics, schedules and on‑site activities.
• Support communication with families and partners.
• Ensure smooth delivery of youth programs across the National Capital Region.
