Job summary

SoccerMidable is seeking an organized, proactive independent contractor to support the coordination of youth sports programs across the National Capital Region. You will handle program logistics, schedules, coaches and on-site activities to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires bilingual English/French, a driver’s license with vehicle access, travel between Orléans, Kanata, Aylmer and other locations, and up to 10 hours per week at 25 CAD/hour.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• Highly organized, autonomous and solutions‑oriented.
• Experience in sports, youth or community programming.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Licensed to drive with access to a vehicle and able to travel between locations.

SoccerMidable is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, proactive and reliable independent contractor to support the coordination of our youth sports programs across the National Capital Region.

The mandate includes coordinating program logistics, schedules, coaches and on-site activities, supporting communication with families and partners, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Highly organized, autonomous and solutions-oriented
• Experienced in sports, youth or community programming
• Comfortable coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders
• Licensed to drive, has access to a vehicle, and able to travel between Orléans, Kanata, Aylmer and other program locations

Contract details

• Independent contractor
• Up to 10 hours per week
• $25 CAD/hour
• Initial term: 1 year
• Expected start: September 2026
• National Capital Region
