Job summary

TVO Media Education Group is seeking a Manager, Web and Mobile Delivery (Bilingual) to lead a team of software developers responsible for TVO’s web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, non-union role based in Toronto, reporting to the Director of Web Development.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, set engineering standards, collaborate with product and UX, and foster a bilingual, high-performing team while advancing modern web platforms and secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in engineering teams and delivery of complex software systems.
• Ability to communicate across bilingual stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to build, enhance and support TVO web and mobile applications.
• Own end-to-end development from tech stack choices to architecture to end-user experience.
• Oversee agile practices, plan, prioritise, manage backlog and mitigate risks.
• Improve SDLC and CI/CD with AI-assisted accelerated development and guardrails.
• Collaborate across Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data/Analytics, and Operations.
