TVO is hiring a Manager, Web and Mobile Delivery (Bilingual) to lead a team of software developers building TVO’s web and mobile applications. You will own end-to-end delivery, set technical direction, and partner with Product, UX/Design, and stakeholders to meet our public-impact mandate.
We seek a proven leader with 5+ years in software engineering, 3+ years leading large teams, and fluency in English and French.

The Manager, Web Development, will lead a team of software developers to build, enhance, and support TVO’s web and mobile applications. We are seeking a bilingual manager to support French-speaking technology stakeholders and strengthen TVO’s bilingual leadership capacity. This role will lead technical discussions, review French-language documentation, and support bilingual program delivery, while bringing expertise in vendor management, solution architecture, security, privacy, and data governance.
