Job Description

The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing coaching, motivation, and accountability.

What You Will Do In This Role

  • Supervise call center associates, monitor work and attendance per policies and legal requirements
  • Coach team members regularly to meet performance metrics
  • Identify performance issues, develop improvement plans, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and financial expectations
  • Communicate expectations and provide updates to employees
  • Handle escalated customer calls as needed
  • Conduct team meetings and organize activities
  • Stay current on internal policies and attend management training
  • Promote company values and advocate for team members
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with professionalism and a positive attitude

Your Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Associate's degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Motivation to develop and coach team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Leadership skills in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
  • Mentoring and coaching abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Bilingual in French/English or Spanish/English
  • At least three years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in fast-paced environments and eagerness to learn new technologies
