BPA is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and HR operations across the Ottawa Region (Ottawa, Kanata and Gatineau). As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition and HR operations across our Ottawa Region (Ottawa, Kanata and Gatineau). You will be the local Talent resource for hiring managers while working closely with the national Talent team, HR Business Partners and our Business Systems Analyst.
This is a diverse role where you'll combine recruitment coordination, HR administration, documentation, process optimization and HR systems support. You'll help ensure our Talent processes are efficient, consistent and provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Occasional travel between our Ottawa, Kanata and Gatineau offices will be required to support hiring managers and Talent initiatives across the region.
Salary range: $70000 – $85000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of the role and geographic location.
