Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related fields
- Advanced proficiency in French and English is required (English is used for recruitment and selection for both QC and ON; 100% of meetings are with Head Office (NB) team members, and 90% for reports)
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Taleo, Oracle, or other ATS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Proactive with the ability to quickly assimilate new information
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, test, and facilitate interviews for candidates
- Manage the hiring process, including creating job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and developing relationships for key roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fill vacancies and support succession planning
- Assist Driver Services in planning and preparing driver files to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Utilize job posting sites, tools, and employment agencies to source quality candidates cost-effectively
- Follow corporate HR recruitment policies and procedures
