Intact is seeking a dedicated bilingual Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role provides administrative and transactional support to recruitment consultants and helps implement best practices and HR policies.
This is a temporary 8‑month secondment/contract opportunity with a national scope and flexible location in Canada. Preferred work locations are Montréal or Toronto, with bilingual French/English required.

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. Your role, critical to the team’s success, will be to provide ongoing administrative and transactional support to recruitment team consultants, as well as to implement best practices and apply human resources policies.
This is a temporary 8-month secondment/contract opportunity.
Preferred Work Location: Montréal or Toronto.
This is a national role and you have the opportunity to work out of any location in Canada. However, bilingualism (French & English) is required.
