Job summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator (FR/EN) to support national talent acquisition initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of People Development and Training, the role involves screening resumes, phone and virtual interviews, posting jobs, coordinating events, and onboarding new hires for the Management Development program and National Support Centre.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR or recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with LMS,

Qualifications

Post-secondary HR program or equivalent experience.
Strong technical skills and ability to use LMS, ATS and MS Office.
1–2 years in admin support, recruiting activities, or event planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Support the national recruitment team in finding top talent for the Management Development program.
Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings.
Coordinate virtual interviews and career fair events.
Work with leadership to onboard new hires.
Create and manage job postings for the programs.
Draft effective job ads reflecting scope and requirements.
Lead the annual Future Leader Conference for ~100 attendees.
Maintain quality and consistency in all deliverables.
