EMCO Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator (FR/EN) to support national talent acquisition initiatives across Canada. The role involves resume and phone screening, virtual interviews, posting jobs and coordinating events, with opportunities for growth in the Talent Acquisition team.

The successful candidate will have post-secondary HR experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with LMS/ATS/MS Office, joining a team that values mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in HR admin, recruiting, events or learning orgs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with LMS, ATS and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support the national recruitment initiatives and onboarding processes.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate career fair events and manage job postings.
• Assist in the Management Development program and National Support Centre.
• Draft effective job ads reflecting scope and requirements.
