- Install, configure, support, and maintain virtual and physical server environments.
- Manage network connectivity across switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi, WAN, LAN, and Internet.
- Support and scale storage environments (SAN/NAS) with data growth planning.
- Maintain directory services, email platforms, and core internal applications.
- Monitor capacity, performance, availability, and security across the environment.
- Manage security tools and appliances, review logs for health checks.
- Troubleshoot incidents through the ticketing system; log, track, and resolve.

As a System and Network Administrator, you will oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and networks. Based in Montreal, you will play a key role in managing network configurations and resolving technical issues to support the company's daily operations.
