Description

• Manage and support business applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and availability.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and utilize SQL for investigation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system improvements.
• Lead application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, and deployments.
• Support data quality, reporting, user training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, application management, business systems analysis, or functional analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional specification experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, relational databases, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with application implementations, migrations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Professional fluency in both French and English (required).
